Our MissionJeannette Grauer, D.D.S., has run a successful cosmetic and Implant private dental practice in Union, NJ for the past 19 years. A native of Uruguay, Dr. Grauer attended dental school in Montevideo, Uruguay subsequently completing a residency in Endodontics and a postgraduate program in Orthodontics. She holds a D.D.S. from the Columbia University School of Oral and Dental Surgery. Is presently participating in a post graduate program at New York University for Cosmetic Dentistry.

A true passionate leader in her community Dr. Grauer is a member of multiple organizations serving the needs of families, women and children here and abroad.

She is the founder of the Amazon Dental Project—a non-profit grass roots volunteer program bringing sustainable healthcare through resources that are culturally and environmentally respectful in partnership with native Amazon people. This is accomplished through training of native technicians and medicine people and in bringing teams of dentists and auxiliaries to provide dental care in the Amazon area.

Here Dr. Grauer is the director of the Women’s Smiles, Women’s Power program, which provides free dental treatment for women that have been victims of acts of violence and need to re-enter the work force. She has been participating for 15 years in Donated Dental Services humanitarian program for the disable, elderly and medically compromised. Dr. Grauer serves on the advisory board of several organizations including The Alliance for Racial and Social Justice.

She is the recipient of several awards: Columbia University College of Dentistry Distinguished Alumnus, True Hispanic Pride, Top Dentist for Cosmetic Dentistry. She has also been featured on the cover of Doctors in Dentistry, The Columbia University Alumni Magazine and The Journal of The New Jersey Dental Association.

Dr. Grauer has two sons Gabe and Ricky resides in Bedminster, New Jersey.
